In simple terms we will conduct all research to determine whether or not a parcel is able to be built upon, build an estimated budget for development of the parcel (including clearing of the land, bringing in utilities (power, gas, water, and sewer), dirt work, permits, and fees.

*Please note that some lots are able to be built upon though it may be cost prohibitive to do so. We do not advise a client what they SHOULD do, we simply research and present the facts of what is POSSIBLE to do and how much it will cost, it is that client's responsibility what is done with the information.
